Terms of Service

ResuVortex is an AI-powered job search automation platform. The service scans publicly available job postings, generates tailored resume drafts using artificial intelligence, and delivers them to your email inbox on a schedule you choose.

By accessing or using ResuVortex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ResuVortex. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at kenan97usa@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to ResuVortex, including your CV text, job search preferences, and any other personal information. By submitting content, you grant ResuVortex a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your CV or personal content with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (see Section 7 — Third-Party Services).

Resume drafts generated by ResuVortex are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer, recruiter, or job application system.

ResuVortex makes no guarantee that AI-generated resumes are accurate, complete, error-free, or appropriate for any specific job application. The Service does not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or any specific employment outcome.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your CV or profile
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond its intended use
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

ResuVortex relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude API) used to generate resume content. Your CV and job descriptions are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing.
• Supabase — Database and authentication provider. Your account data and profile are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Google — Optional sign-in provider. If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google processes your authentication.

Each of these providers has their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern their handling of any data transmitted to them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ResuVortex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
